Your question is phrased rather awkwardly, you might want to rephrase it a little clearer to get the answer that you're looking for. But generally, the THEORY of global warming states that the green house gasses basically act as a metaphorical and semi-permeable net, allowing radiation in but at least partially obstructing it from exiting the atmosphere. As such, this supposed theory claims that the increase in IF is resulting in an increase of over-all global temperatures.
However, it is important to remember that while widely accepted by members of society who refuse to look up the facts themselves, Global Warming is still an unproven theory. Yes, in many places the temperature is rising and sea level is rising as well. However, in many other places temperature and sea level are actually decreasing. Average rise and fall of overall global temperature has been recorded many times throughout Earth's history and has never before been attributed to "Global Warming". That's not to say that being environmentally conscious and "green" aren't beneficial.
