Do compliment her on something such as her outfit or hair.
Do give her eye contact when engaging in conversation.
Do sincerely listen and ask her follow up questions about whatever it is she is talking about
Do be a gentleman and open the door for her (yes, even modern liberal women like this)
Do walk her to her car after the date is over if you both drove separately
Don't show up in sweats, dress business casual
Don't be super "touchy feely" if the relationship is new
Don't be rude in any form (good manners will get you far)
Do be confident
Basically, be respectful, be a good listener and be genuine. For the extra touch, you could show up with a single rose (or her fav flower if you know it). Just play that part by ear. Good Luck! :)
